The election of the Board of Directors of the Federation of Bangladesh Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FBCCI) will be held on September 7. On this day, all voters will be elected president, senior vice-president, vice-president and director for the FBCCI's 2021-222 and 2021-22020.
The Election Board has released the FBCCI Board of Directors' election (2021-220 and 2021-220) on Wednesday (June 5th).
It should be noted that the FBCCI's board of directors will be conducted following the Commerce Organization Act 2022 and the latest trade organization Rule 2021. In this rule, the size of the board of directors of the FBCCI has been reduced from 1 to 5. One of them will be the president, a senior vice-president, two vice-presidents.
According to the election schedule, all the member chambers and associations in the member will be sent to the FBCCI's General Assembly by July 2 at 4 pm.
The preliminary voter list of the FBCCI board of directors will be released on July 7. The final voter list will be released on July 23.
The preliminary list of candidates will be published on August 7 for the post of President, Senior Vice-President, Vice-President and Director. After the verification, selection and analysis of the information, the Election Board will publish the final list of candidates for these posts on August 5.
If a candidate wants to withdraw his candidacy, the Election Board will have to notify the matter by 2 pm on August 1. On that day, the Election Board will publish the final list of candidates for the FBCCI board of directors.
