Arab Finance: Al -Mal newspaper, the daily economic newspaper in Egypt, announced the signing of an exclusive partnership with the leading British Workl Foundation in the poll of employees ’views and understanding their experiences, to launch the first version of the list of“ Money for the Best Labor Places in Egypt ”for the year 2025, according to the statement sent on April 27.

According to the partnership, the two parties agreed to prepare and announce the “money list for the best workplaces in Egypt”, which will be determined according to methodological standards and systematic indicators that were carefully designed from “Workl” that has the largest database for the happiest workplaces in the world, through the use of behavior scientists, data analysts, psychologists, business leaders, academics and other independent parties.

The organizations participating in the survey will receive treatment data that include the degree of risk of leaving employees, the degree of employee participation in the work environment, the confidence indicators in the administration, and the extent of employee satisfaction, in addition to comparisons of their results in accordance with international standards and at the sector level inside Egypt.

And “the list of money for the best workplaces 2025” to which the door for progress has become open to companies and institutions of all sizes and in all sectors as of April 28, depends on a deliberate poll that monitors the employee participation and their well -being in the workplace, and the employee experiences and measure their positive involvement in the work environment, which gives companies with good performance the opportunity to enter within the list of good international reputation that will help them to attract Talents and keep them in the future.

The poll is carried out through personal electronic links (preserving data confidentiality) shared by employers with their employees through the “Workl” platform, and the poll includes 29 questions centered on the framework of “6 steps to achieve happiness in the workplace” approved by “Workl”, which measures the extent of employees ’participation in their institutions through 6 steps that are an integral part of the positive work environment, is a fair reward, appreciation, and the participation of information in a way Open, empowering employees, luxury, planting pride, and job satisfaction.
