Calling to ensure the 'full security' of minority Muslims in India

Interim government and neighboring country have called for a minority Muslim 'full security' in the Murshidabad of West Bengal.

On Thursday (April 7th), the chief adviser Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam presented the interim government's position to BSS.

“We firmly reject any attempt to engage Bangladesh in the communal violence of Murshidabad,” he said. The Bangladesh government also condemned the attacks on Muslims and the security loss of their lives, he said.

Shafiqul Alam said, “We urged the Government of India and the West Bengal government to take all steps to ensure full security of the minority Muslim population.”

According to Indian media reports, violence spread during protests over the new Waqf law in the Muslim-dominated Murshidabad district last week. The protests spread in Malda, Murshidabad, South 24 Parganas and Hooghly districts, where the fire broke out, the throwing of bricks and the blockade of the road. News buses.
