In the Holy Qur'an, it is ordered to perform aju before reading prayers and the Holy Qur'an. Aju is a place after bathing for physical purity among Muslims. In this context, the Surah Maida of the Holy Quran is said to be the rules of the Aju.
Allah says, 'O believers! When you stand up for prayers, your face will wash your hands up to the elbow and rub your head in your head, and wash it up to the git. If you are unclean, it will be especially holy. If you are sick or on a trip or some of you are out of the closet. Come on or be associated with your wife, and do not get water, but Tayammum will. With clean soil and it will be rubbed in the mouth and in the hands. God does not want to hurt you and He wants to purify you and complete His favor on you-so you can thank you. ' (Surah Maida, Ayat: 1, Koranasarif: Simple BangabandhuTranslation: Muhammad Habibur Rahman, Prakash Publications)
