Asaduddin Owaisi blames UP Police for killing three Muslim Youth sambhal Violence over jama masjid Survey stone pelting


Sambhal Jama Masjid Survey: Three people died in the violence that took place during the survey of Shahi Jama Masjid on Sunday (November 24, 2024) morning in Sambhal district of western Uttar Pradesh. The angry mob set many vehicles on fire. The crowd had grown so much that the police had to use tear gas shells and lathicharge to control them. Reacting to this incident, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) chief Asaduddin Owaisi strongly condemned the UP Police and demanded an impartial investigation into the matter.

AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi said in a post on Twitter, “How many blood do you want O Arz-e-Watan? The one who blossoms the blossoming sky. How many sighs will cool the heart, how many tears will make the Saharas hum. Owaisi further wrote that we strongly condemn the Uttar Pradesh Police's firing on those taking peace and quiet precautions in Sambhal. Three youth have died in police firing.

Owaisi further wrote, “I pray to Allah that Allah grants forgiveness to the deceased and grants patience to her family members. There should be an impartial investigation into this accident and action should be taken against the officers who are responsible.”

The team had come to survey

When the team reached Sambhal's Jama Masjid to conduct survey on Sunday, some people attacked them, after which the commotion increased further. The police had to release tear gas shells to control the crowd. Even lathicharge had to be done. The violence increased so much that three people died. After this the SP also confirmed this. Internet services have also been closed by the administration to prevent any kind of rumours.

'Sambhal incident a conspiracy against Muslims'

Regarding the violence in Sambhal, not only Asaduddin Owaisi but also Jamiat Ulema-e-Hind President Maulana Arshad Madani expressed deep concern over the communal incidents and said that the Sambhal incident is a conspiracy against Muslims. Not only Sambhal but he also strongly condemned the changes in Waqf law and the attacks on the rights of Muslims.
