Bihar Crime News 23 People Arrested in Araria on Accuses of Attacking Police Know Details ANN


Bihar News: In Araria, Bihar, the police took major action and arrested 23 people. The villagers had attacked the police last Thursday (21 November) night. These people have been arrested on this charge. The villagers attacked and rescued a criminal who was taken into police custody. In this case, SP Amit Ranjan has formed a Special Task Force (SIT) under the leadership of Forbesganj SDPO Mukesh Kumar Saha. The team is investigating.

Raids were conducted throughout the night regarding the attack on the police. After this, a total of 23 people have been arrested so far after identifying the attackers. This has been confirmed by SP Amit Ranjan. The whole matter is of Rishidev Tola of Aurahi Purba village of Simraha police station area. Police had received information that there was a gathering of criminals with arms to plot a crime. After this, Additional SHO of Simraha police station Imtiaz Khan and PTC Maqsood Alam arrived with the police force.

Case registered in Simraha police station

It is said that after reaching the spot, when the search was started, the miscreants clashed with the police. In this sequence, policemen started being beaten. During this time, when the police was coming to the police station with custody of a criminal, the villagers attacked him. They rescued him and took him away. Additional Police Station Head Imtiaz Khan and PTC Maqsood Alam were injured in the incident. He was given first aid. They are out of danger. A case has been registered in Simraha police station in this matter.

Other people will also be arrested soon

After this entire incident, SP Amit Ranjan formed the SIT in the night itself under the leadership of Sub-Divisional Police Officer Mukesh Kumar Saha. So far 23 people have been arrested. Other accused are being identified. In this case, SDPO Mukesh Kumar Saha said that other accused will also be arrested soon.
