Democracy stage has called a rally at Purana Paltan intersection on November 27 at 11 a.m. to demand a solution to the crisis in public life. This decision was taken at a meeting held at the central office of Nagrik Oikya on Monday (November 18).
The latest political situation in the country was reviewed in the meeting of the Central Management Council of the Democracy Forum. The overall activities and political steps of the government for 100 days were also discussed in the meeting.
The meeting termed the market situation as abnormal and expressed anger over the unbridled rise in commodity prices and said that the measures taken by the government to control the market are not showing any particular effectiveness.
It is said in the proposal that many good initiatives of the government may fail if the chaotic situation of the market is not controlled.
The meeting was presided over by Saiful Haque, General Secretary of the Revolutionary Workers Party, the new coordinator of the Democracy Forum.
