Australia whitewashed Pakistan in Stoinis storm

Pakistan faced Australia in Hobart after losing the T20 series earlier. They came down to avoid a whitewash in the third match. But the capital did not increase due to batting failure. Australia won in the 12th over when Marcus Stoinis stormed down the easy target. They whitewashed Pakistan by winning by 7 wickets.

Batting earlier, Pakistan were bowled out for 117 runs in 18.1 overs by Aaron Hardy's bowling. They entered the field without regular captain Mohammad Rizwan. Two openers departed early while scoring 118 runs. But when Stoinis stormed, Ajira won with 52 balls in hand. The hosts scored 118 runs for 3 wickets in 11.2 overs.
