The Russian government is going to bring a new law. Under this law, there will be a ban on encouraging people not to have children in the country. No content will be run on any social media platform that prevents people from having children.
The State Duma, the lower house of the Russian Parliament, has also passed a proposal related to this on November 12. Now it will be presented in the Upper House on November 20. After passing from here, it will be sent to Vladimir Putin for approval. This law will come into effect after getting Putin's approval.
Actually, Russia is troubled by its continuously decreasing population. The number of children born in the country in June remained less than 1 lakh. After the Ukraine war, more than 6 lakh people of Russia have been killed or maimed. This has had an even worse impact on the population.
This has increased the government's concern. The Russian government is making every possible effort to emerge from this. Lakhs of rupees are also being given for having children.
'Not having children is western propaganda'
The Russian government has described the idea of not having children as liberal propaganda of Western countries. Russia believes that the new law will help in stopping this propaganda. Under the new law, a fine of up to Rs 3 lakh can be imposed on a person and an organization up to Rs 40 lakh for encouraging people not to have children.
Speaking on the law, Parliament Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin said –
Without children, there would be no country. Because of this ideology people will stop having children.
The Duma also banned the adoption of children from countries where gender reassignment is allowed.
Government is considering creating sex ministry
According to a report in Mirror, the government is considering creating a sex ministry to stop the declining birth rate. Apart from this, the government is also putting strange proposals before the people. The government has proposed people to have sex during lunch time in the office.
Women working in offices in Moscow are being given a list of some questions. In this, information about her period cycle and personal life has been sought. Under this initiative, free fertility tests have also been conducted for 20 thousand women in Moscow.
In the Khabarovsk province of Russia, women aged 18 to 23 years will be given Rs 1 lakh on the birth of a child. Whereas in Chelyabinsk, women are being given Rs 9 lakh on the birth of their first child.
