What is the whole matter?
The girl, resident of Assam, lodged a complaint at Kirawali police station in Agra on October 5, alleging that she was raped. The victim told in her complaint that she was waiting for a train from Delhi to Assam to go to her brother's house. During this time, the accused youth met her and misled her in conversation.
The victim told in the complaint given to the police that she had to board a train going to Assam, whereas the accused youth misled her to board a train coming to Agra and brought her here. After reaching Agra, the accused took the girl to his friend's house in Kirawali area.
Here, first the accused and then the accused's friend raped the girl. Whose complaint has been lodged by the girl with the police. On the complaint of the girl, the police have registered a case under rape sections and arrested both the accused.
'Accused arrested on informer's information'
On this matter, ACP Achhnera Seshamani Upadhyay said that on the complaint of a girl resident of Assam, a case has been registered under relevant sections in Kirawali police station. He said that on the information of the informer, both the accused were arrested from near the Southern Bypass.
ACP Achhnera Seshamani Upadhyay said that it was told through the victim that she had to board the train going to Assam, but the accused misled the girl and brought her to the train coming to Agra. He told that further investigation is being done in the matter.
