After being closed for 10 days, mobile internet is starting again. State Minister for Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak said that the 4G service will be launched today Sunday (July 28) at 3 pm.
This information was given by the state minister after a meeting with mobile operators in the capital's Agargaon BTRC building in the morning. Broadband internet service was started on a limited basis last Tuesday (July 23) night after being closed for five days. However, Facebook and TikTok's cash servers have been shut down.
Due to the spread of violence in the quota reform movement, mobile internet 4G services were stopped on the night of July 17 and broadband internet on the night of July 18. However, the government claims that the internet connection was cut off due to the vandalism of the movement.
