He said these things during the swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected Emir of Dhaka Metropolitan South at the Institute of Diploma Engineers Bangladesh (IDEB) auditorium in Kakrail in the capital on Friday (November 1).
He said to the journalists that if Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami has made any mistake, it should be pointed out, and the things it has done in the interest of the people should also be pointed out.

Secretary General Professor Mia Golam Parwar, Assistant Secretary General Maulana Rafiqul Islam Khan and Central Executive Council Member Principal Izzat Ullah spoke as special guests in the swearing in ceremony held under the chairmanship of Nurul Islam Bulbul and moderated by Secretary Shafiqul Islam Masud.
