Nepalese Ambassador Ghanshyam Bhandari and Deputy Chief of Mission Lalita Silwal met BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir. The meeting was held on Monday (October 28) at 10:30 am at the chairperson's office in Gulshan.
Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury and Shama Obaid, members of the party's standing committee and BNP's international affairs committee, were present in the meeting along with BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir.
After the meeting, Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury said that many issues were discussed today. The important discussion is that the country's relationship with Nepal has been going on for a long time. There were many types of co-operation. I could not use the potential that was there.
Amir Khusru said, 'Shaheed Zia's dream is Sark. Couldn't get Sarke in the right place. The ambassador of Nepal also thinks that we will implement the dream of SAARC.
