The family broke ties with Neetu only after her love marriage.

He was building a house in Meerapur Rampur village. Apart from this, land was purchased at some places including Chhittupur. People close to Rajendra told that Rajendra used to get rent of more than Rs 10 lakh per month from the tenants of Bhadaini and Shivala and the liquor vend operator.

On going inside, Rita saw that Neetu was lying on the floor soaked in blood. She ran to the second floor flat and found Navendra lying soaked in blood on the floor in a room and Gaurangi lying dead in a corner. Meanwhile, Subendra's body was found in the bathroom. When the police started tracking Rajendra's mobile number with the help of surveillance, his location was found in Meerapur Rampur village. When the police reached there, Rajendra's body was lying on a bed covered with a mosquito net in a room of the under-construction house.

The miscreants who committed the crime had come with the determination to wipe out the entire family. Therefore, Neetu and her three children were shot more than once on their heads. Rajendra was shot on his right temple and chest. It came to light that Subendra was also hit on the head with a bat. However, who was shot how much and where, it will be clear only from the post mortem report.


Police investigating murder, two marriages and proximity to a woman

According to the police, Rajendra was accused of murdering his father and a watchman as well as his younger brother and his brother's wife. These incidents are of the year 1997. Rajendra also went to jail on the same charge. According to the police, Rajendra had married twice. In recent times, he had also become close to another woman. Rajendra's first wife has been living with her son in Asansol, West Bengal for many years. Considering all these points as the reason for the incident, 10 police teams are investigating with the help of CCTV camera footage, surveillance and informers.
