Let us tell you that the meeting was to be held in the office of Prayagraj Fair Authority. The authority had called both the factions of the Akhara Parishad for the meeting. The ruckus started even before the meeting could formally begin. Some saints have also suffered minor injuries in this incident of fighting. According to the information received, the Akhara Parishad is divided into two groups after the death of former president Narendra Giri.

Regarding this matter, Akhara Parishad President Ravindra Puri said that there is a dispute regarding land allotment, there was an uproar from some saints. Saints clashed among themselves regarding allotment of land for Mahakumbh, both the groups were called for a meeting.
