After the meeting, Executive Director and Spokesperson of BSEC Mohammad Rezaul Karim said that for the sake of the capital market, it is necessary to list companies with good fundamentals in the market. Keeping this goal in mind, the capital market regulatory body BSEC is working earnestly. In view of this, a meeting was held with the top executives of Walton, a well-known group in the country.
Rezaul Karim also said that in the meeting, the top executives of the group discussed the overall issue of how to list the large and profitable companies under Walton, one of the largest groups in the country, in the capital market.

According to BSEC, Walton's free float share increase in the capital market, financing through the capital market instead of bank loans, financing through sustainable and green bonds, etc. have been discussed. At the same time, there is talk about Walton Group's asset management company. There was also discussion about raising funds through their mutual funds and bringing new investments into the capital market.
According to BSEC, the organization is in regular discussions with large and reputed groups to bring well-founded companies to the capital market.
