There is no end to the criticism of the Bangladesh Premier League (BPL). Every season there is some trouble in the tournament. Spectators also face various problems when they come to watch the game. BCB board director Nazmul Abedin Fahim said that there will be 'special facilities' for the visitors this time.

Dutch-Bangla Bank PLC has got the ground branding rights for the 11th Bangladesh Premier T20 League (BPL). It is reported that the Impress Marta Consortium has sold the branding rights to Dutch-Bangla Bank Plc for Tk 5 crore. The official name of this year's BPL will be 'Dutch-Bangla Bank BPL T-20, Powered by Rocket'. Nexaspa is co-sponsored. At the BCB media conference room in Mirpur today, Fahim said, 'We are working to make BPL more attractive and spectator-friendly. We want the people of the country to be more attracted to cricket through BPL. May the event become a joyous occasion for them.'

Fahim said that BCB is taking several steps to improve the field environment in this year's BPL. The BCB director said, 'Initiatives have been taken to provide free water to the spectators at the ground, so that they do not have to spend money for water. Besides, we will discuss with the concerned parties to sell them at affordable prices considering the quality of the food.'

Global franchise leagues, including the IPL, run extensive campaigns on social media. This is where BPL lags behind. Promotional activities are limited on BPL's official Facebook page. Aside from a few stills from the draft a few days ago, there wasn't much campaigning to be seen. When asked about this, Fahim said, 'We are preparing to start the campaign. Very soon you will see regular updates of BPL. Our team has already started working. We are constantly trying to deliver the latest news of BPL to the audience. Even LED boards will be installed in the field, BCB said.
