Delhi AQI Today: People got some relief from pollution in the country's capital Delhi for two days, but now this phase is about to end. On Monday morning, the pollution level in Gaya areas of Delhi was recorded in severe category.

According to the Meteorological Department, the speed of the winds has slowed down once again since Saturday afternoon. Due to this, pollution has also started increasing. By Sunday the pollution level may once again increase to very bad. In such a situation, this period of two days relief is now over.

Delhi Monday morning: 469 in ITI Jahangirpur, 459 in Pooth Khurd, 431 in Bawana Industrial Area, 428 in Narela, 390 in Rohin Sector 30, 379 in New Sarup Nagar, 377 in Loni, 366 in Prashant Vihar, 360 in DIT, 345 were recorded in Alipore, 332 in Major Dhyanchand Stadium, 324 in Anand Vihar, Kohat Enclave 322, Kalkaji 314, Lajpat Nagar 304, New Friends Colony 304, Okhla Phase 2 301, which falls in the extremely high and serious category.

Air quality improved in Delhi on Saturday morning due to favorable winds. However, even then the Air Quality Index (AQI) was recorded in the 'poor' category. According to the data of Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the air quality index in Delhi was recorded at 227 at 9 am on Saturday. Whereas on Friday morning it was 281. The 24-hour average AQI was recorded at 270 till 4 pm on Friday.

According to Delhi's Air Quality Early Warning System (EWS), favorable air is likely to remain for the next one or two days, but due to adverse weather conditions, pollution levels may increase again in two-three days, while till October 31 AQI can even reach 400.

The Meteorological Department has predicted clear sky in Delhi on Sunday and the maximum temperature will be around 34 and the minimum temperature will be around 19 degrees Celsius. On Saturday, the maximum temperature in the national capital was recorded at 33 degrees, which is one degree more than normal. While the minimum temperature was recorded at 18.6 degrees Celsius, which is one degree more than the average temperature of this season. According to the Meteorological Department, the humidity level in Delhi was recorded at 68 percent at 8.30 am.
