The luxurious Bengal Ganga Cruise is being run with the aim of promoting the tourism sector and connecting the cities lying on the route of river Ganga.
While talking to ABP News, Bengal Ganga Cruise owner Raj Singh told that – Bengal Ganga Cruise will be run from Varanasi towards Prayagraj and from Varanasi towards Patna via Ghazipur, Ballia. It has started from 22nd October. This cruise has three floors and a total of 22 rooms. In which maximum 40 people can travel. In this, passengers will get pure vegetarian food. At present its fare is fixed at Rs 15000 per person per day.
It is being run with the help of the State Government, Government of India and the Minister of Shipping with the priority of promoting the tourism industry and connecting the cities along the river Ganga. Varanasi is also its focal point because maximum tourists reach here by rail, road and air. Booking of this cruise can be done through online medium.
Answering these questions, Raj Singh said that this cruise is being run from one city to another, for long distances. There will be no loss to regional sailors due to this. Rather, only small boats are used to show Ganga Aarti to the tourists boarding our cruise. For which we book a boat to the Ganga coastal area. Therefore, we would like to assure that they will not suffer any kind of loss.
