Amir of Jamaat-e-Islami Dr. Shafiqur Rahman said, Mufassirs are the guides of the lost nation. It is not a mercy of the mufassir towards the nation to find the right path but it is their duty. You are the leader of the nation. We remember with respect those who have performed this duty in the past.
He said this in his address as the chief guest at the National Mufassir Conference, which was organized by the Bangladesh Majlisul Mufassir, at the Engineers Institution Auditorium in Dhaka on Monday (October 14).
Shafiqur Rahman said, “They didn't care about hurting anyone's eyes, instead they sacrificed their lives in the path of Allah.” Therefore, there will be obstacles in the work of religion propagation. He must face the obstacle and move forward.'
“The role of mufassirs in building an ideal society is immense. Because they are the leaders of the nation.
Addressing mufassirs (explainers of the Qur'an, etc.), Jamaat Amir said, 'Those who present tafsir are aware of the spiritual food that people want from tafsir mahfil. I urge you to be a little more aware.'
'If your speech is in the light of the Qur'an, Sunnah and the lives of the Companions, then people can learn from it and apply it in real life. Moreover, every speech of mufassirs turns the nation. It has been proven for ages. Because, the ulama are the liver of billions of people, dear people and symbol of hope and desire.
