Delhi Traffic Police drives against encroachment before Diwali traffic jams in markets ANN

Today, the traffic police along with MCD issued challans to a total of 96 people. Due to Diwali shopping, there has been a huge crowd of people in the markets.

To ensure that people do not face any kind of trouble on Diwali, the police will take daily action in collaboration with MCD to deal with long traffic jams on the roads. So that there is no jam on the road and people who go out for shopping can do so comfortably.

According to the traffic police, illegal shopkeepers had encircled these areas by placing their goods on the road.

Not only this, the condition of auto, bus and private taxi drivers had also become very bad due to illegal parking.

This drive will be run today around Jaffrabad, Seelampur and Seelampur metro station, where there is a lot of crowd and traffic jams.
