New Delhi. Ola Electric Mobility has resolved 99.1 percent of the 10,664 complaints received against the company. The company had received these complaints from the Central Consumer Protection Authority (CCPA). The company said in a filing to the stock exchange late on Monday evening that it has also provided information and clarification in response to the show cause notice to the Central Consumer Protection Authority. “…we have resolved 99.1 percent of the 10,644 complaints we received from the CCPA,” the company said. While solving the problem, customer satisfaction has been kept in mind.

CCPA had issued a notice to the company on October 7, 2024 for 'alleged violation of consumer rights, misleading advertising and unfair trade practices'. The authority had given the company 15 days to respond to the show cause notice. This notice comes after a war of words broke out between Ola founder Bhavish Aggarwal and 'stand-up comedian' Kunal Kamra on social media platform 'X' over the sales of the company's electric scooters and the quality of service. Kamra had raised the after sales and service related issues faced by Ola Electric customers.
