Chhatra League and Swachha Sevak League held a protest march in the capital demanding the withdrawal of all cases filed against Awami League President and former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina. On Monday (October 21), the procession was taken out on the road in front of the Awami League's central office on Bangabandhu Avenue.
Eyewitnesses said that some leaders and workers of Chhatra League and Volunteers League took out a jhtica procession with a banner. They raised slogans demanding the withdrawal of all cases against Awami League President Sheikh Hasina.
As seen in the video of the procession spread on social media Facebook, the procession was attended by Jasim Uddin, former Joint General Secretary of Chhatra League, Muhammad Anwar Hossain, former Public Education Affairs Secretary Abu Abbas Bhuiyan, former Co-Editor Enamul Haque Prince, Hasan Ahmed Khan, former Joint Secretary of Dhaka College Chhatra League. Convener Sohel Rana, former vice-president of Eden College Chhatra League Parveen Mishu and Labani Chowdhury.
Apart from this, Awami Volunteer League member Sheikh Muhammad Jamal Hossain, Vice President of Dhaka Metropolitan South Volunteer League Nizam Uddin, former Vice President M. M. Nazmul Hasan is seen participating in the procession in that video.
