Malik, declared a Khalistani terrorist in India, has been a controversial figure. Who was acquitted of the charges of bombing Air India Flight 182 in 2005. This entire incident was carried out by Khalistani extremists. 329 people were killed in this accident. However, his murder has not been directly linked to the 1985 bombings. He has been seen as a suspect in this case.

According to the facts presented in court, Fox and Lopez were paid to commit the murder. The mastermind behind these two has not been identified yet. Malik's family has appealed to arrest those who planned the murder.

Sentence will be pronounced on October 31

After being found guilty in the court, both the accused were sent to jail. The court has fixed the next date of sentencing as 31 October 2024. In which both the accused can be sentenced to at least 20 years in jail.
