Now people are criticizing Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on social media for his statement on this incident.

Condemning the attack on non-local laborers in Ganderbal, Omar Abdullah called it a “militant attack”. During this time he avoided using the word terrorist. Due to this, people got angry on social media.

People angry over CM's statement
Jammu and Kashmir CM said, “I pray that the injured make full recovery. Those who are seriously injured in this incident are being referred to SKIMS Srinagar.” In this terrorist attack, one doctor and six laborers were killed and 11 people were seriously injured. Following Omar Abdullah's statements, people commented on social media, pointing out how he used the word 'extremists' instead of 'terrorists'.
