Arab Finance: Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny met with the Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Kanazawa Yukio, Real estate legend in Japan – Owner of Titan Capital, and Niwa Kashiroa, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, to discuss ways of cooperation in the field of real estate development, the localization of modern technologies in Egypt, and to present the investment opportunities available to Japanese companies and investors in Egypt, in the presence of Dr. Abdel Khaleq Ibrahim, Assistant Minister of Housing for Affairs. Technical, and Engineer Amr Khattab, General Director of the Minister’s Technical Office.

Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny explained that the Egyptian state, over the course of 10 years since the presidency of His Excellency President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, has achieved a major urban renaissance in all fields, foremost of which is the development of fourth-generation cities, which are smart, green, sustainable cities that provide great opportunities for real estate investment in all its forms and shapes, as well as Investment opportunities in various fields, in addition to the opportunities available in previous generations of new cities.

The Minister of Housing, Kanazawa Yukio, invited the real estate legend in Japan, to participate in the activities of the World Urban Forum, which Egypt is hosting during the period from 4 to 8 next November, with wide international participation from about 175 countries, whether through official government delegations or the private sector, Pointing out that the presence of Titan Capital represents a great opportunity for it to learn about the Arab and African markets, and to sign many joint cooperation agreements between the two sides.

For his part, Kanazawa Yukio, the real estate legend in Japan – owner of Titan Capital, congratulated engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny on assuming the housing portfolio, expressing his love for Egypt and the Egyptians, and stressing his desire to transfer a large portion of his investments to Egypt, which are estimated at 8 billion. Dollars, given that Egypt is a promising market for investment, and a gateway to the Arab and African markets, due to its strategic location and pioneering role in the Middle East region.

The real estate legend in Japan explained that his investor partners want to form an investment alliance that will take Egypt as a base and starting point for the Arab and African markets, adding that he invites his investor friends from America and Europe to invest in Egypt in a promising market that enjoys many great opportunities for investment in various fields.

Kanazawa Yukio stressed his desire to strengthen and deepen cooperation with the Egyptian state, and implement many investment projects, in a way that achieves the common interest of both parties, noting that he currently has a partnership project with the Ministry of Military Production to produce a device that generates water from water vapor in the atmosphere, and manufacturing will begin soon. To provide the needs of the Egyptian market and export abroad.
