Maharashtra BJP Candidates List: maharashtra assembly elections Regarding this, BJP has released the first list of its candidates. In this, the party has announced the names of 99 candidates. BJP has fielded Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis from Nagpur South-West and party state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule from Kamathi Assembly seat.
Among the 99 seats on which BJP has fielded candidates, Nagpur South West seat is at the top from where Deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis is contesting. Nagpur South West seat came into existence in 2009, since then only Devendra Fadnavis has been winning the elections here. Whereas BJP state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule will contest from Kamathi. Shrijaya Ashok Chavan, daughter of former CM Ashok Chavan, has been given ticket from Bhokar. Ashok Chavan has also represented this seat.
