The central president of Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir said these things in an exchange meeting with journalists of print and electronic media at Segun Bagichar Bagicha restaurant in the capital on Saturday (October 19).

Manjurul Islam said, Bangladesh Islami Chhatrashibir started its journey from Dhaka University on February 6, 1977. Bangladesh Islami Chhatra Shibir was with any logical movement in the country. The fascist government was removed in the mass movement of 24, but the conspiracy did not stop even though the fascists were removed.

He also said that Chhatra Shibir conducts its own activities through student welfare work and said that Chhatra Shibir has supported people of all professions in the anti-discrimination movement. The camp cares about the career of all the students. Chhatra Shibir has been the most vocal about education reforms.

The central president said that the student camp wants to ensure the coexistence of all student political organizations in the campus. Shibir does not want any political organization to act as a force in the state apparatus.

He also said that the hope of the nation should emerge in the media and be free from influence. Shibir wants to build a prosperous Bangladesh through unity.
