Police seized a grenade from Arshinagar resort in Gazipur. On Sunday evening, the grenade was found while cleaning the dirt from the false roof constructed for the water tank of the resort's staff quarters.
SI Rashedul Hasan of GMP Sadar Police Station said that Arshinagar Resort has tinshaded staff quarter in Bhawal Gazipur three road junction area of ​​Gazipur metropolis. A few people were cleaning the garbage on Sunday afternoon. When they saw the grenade falling on the ground, they reported it to the police. On receiving the information, the police reached the spot and seized the grenade and informed the bomb disposal team of DMP, Dhaka.
According to the police, the bomb disposal team will reach the spot on Monday morning and take necessary action. The seized grenade is old and rusty.
