At least 1500 soldiers have reached Russia. North Korea will send its 12 thousand soldiers to Russia. Earlier, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky had also made a similar claim. He had said that 10 thousand North Korean soldiers can fight the war for Russia.
South Korean President Yoon Suk Yeol has warned the international community that this step of North Korea could prove to be very dangerous. During a meeting of the National Intelligence Services, the President said that they are in touch with Ukraine regarding this matter and efforts are being made to identify North Korean officials using AI. They are present in Donetsk, Ukraine and are helping in firing North Korean missiles on behalf of Russia.
A video has also surfaced in which North Korean soldiers are seen reaching the Russian military base. The agency has confirmed that after sending weapons, North Korea has now started sending soldiers as well. Earlier, North Korea had supplied ballistic missiles, anti-tank rockets and more than 13 thousand containers to Russia.
South Korea believes that 8 million artillery and rocket rounds have been sent to Russia. Russia and North Korea have come very close at this time. The South Korean agency has also contacted America and asked to take necessary steps in this matter. South Korea has said that if this is true then it is an alarm bell. This may further escalate the conflict. America and NATO need to respond immediately.
