The Prophet (PBUH) said, 'Beware of the seven destructive actions or things. Companions asked, what are they? The Prophet (PBUH) said, 'Associating partners with Allah, practicing magic.' (Bukhari, Hadith: 2766, Muslim, Hadith: 89)
Helping infidels or polytheists against Muslims
If a believing Muslim helps a kafir or polytheist against Muslims, then his faith will be lost. Allah Almighty has mentioned in the Holy Qur'an, 'Those of you who make friends with them (infidels) will be among them. Surely Allah does not guide the wrongdoers.' (Surat al-Maida, verse 51)
In addition to this, the Holy Qur'an's Surah Nisar 138-139, Surah Maedah 62-63, Surah Hashar 11, Surah Nahl 107 and Surah Mujadallah 22 verses have been discussed.
Rasulullah (SAW) said, 'Whoever adopts the likeness of a community, he will be considered one of them.' (Abu Dawud, Hadith: 4031)
