The name of the new CM of Haryana will be revealed shortly. The BJP Legislature Party meeting is about to begin at the BJP office in Panchkula. BJP observers Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav have reached for the meeting.
Home Minister Amit Shah will stay at Lalit Hotel, Chandigarh for the night. After the swearing-in ceremony on Thursday, PM Narendra Modi will hold a meeting at Haryana Raj Bhavan. BJP has issued instructions to all its 48 MLAs to stay in Chandigarh for the next two days. A large number of police forces have been deployed at Hotel Lalit and Haryana Raj Bhawan Sector-6.
Arrangements have been made for the Chief Ministers of six states to stay at Hotel Hyatt. These include the CMs of Bihar, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, Meghalaya, Nagaland and Puducherry.
Naib Saini and State BJP President Mohanlal Badoli have reached BJP office to attend the meeting. There is no doubt about the name of Naib Singh Saini in the party. BJP had contested the elections under his leadership only. Even Amit Shah had announced in the workers' meeting in Panchkula before the elections that if BJP government is formed, Nayab Singh Saini will be the Chief Minister of the state. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also been presenting Nayab Singh Saini as the next Chief Minister in his rallies. After the historic victory, the stature of Naib Singh Saini has also increased in the eyes of the top leadership of the party. In such a situation, there is no doubt about his name.
BJP MLA from Hodal Harinder Singh said that whatever decision the party takes, we are with it.
