The Minister of Housing stressed the need to adhere to the deadlines set for the completion of the Central Business District project in the New Administrative Capital, and the “Downtown Towers” and “Crystal Lagoon” projects in the New Alamein City, stressing that the next stage requires more cooperation to push the work rates for these projects. And to overcome obstacles until they are completed on the specified dates. Therefore, a meeting will be held one week, chaired by the Minister, with the special envoy and officials of CSCEC, Ancom, and the consultant, to pay the work rates.
The Minister expressed his appreciation for the interest of the Chinese CSCEC Group in the projects being implemented in the Administrative Capital and New Alamein, and for sending a special envoy to follow up on the project implementation situation, stressing that the Ministry will provide all the required support, whether financial or technical support, to overcome the obstacles facing implementation, to complete the projects on the specified dates.
The special envoy of the Chinese “CSCEC” group confirmed that the Chinese government pays great attention to implementing projects in the Egyptian market, noting that the group's president held several meetings to push the work rates for the projects of its branch in Egypt, in addition to organizing field visits to the projects from the group's senior officials, and the group also appointed him to reside. in Egypt and closely follow up on projects until their implementation is completed.
He also continued that he will arrive in Egypt at the end of this month to inspect the implementation status of projects in the New Administrative Capital and New Alamein City, expressing his hope for the confidence of the Egyptian side that the company will complete the projects on the specified dates and in the best manner befitting the Egyptian state.
