Hearing in the 69000 teacher recruitment case is proposed in the Supreme Court on Tuesday, October 15. In this regard, the eyes of the selected and other candidates are fixed on the Supreme Court. Also, people from both the sides are camping in Delhi for the hearing.
So far, this case has been heard once on September 9. Whereas the hearing to be held on September 23 could not take place due to unavoidable reasons. In such a situation, along with the candidates and selected candidates, the Basic Education Department is also keeping an eye on the hearing to be held on Tuesday.
Youth have been agitating for a long time regarding recruitment of 69000 teachers. They are also fighting this battle in the court. In this sequence, the double bench of Allahabad High Court had canceled all the old lists in this case and directed to make a new list as per the rules of reservation. After this, both reserved and selected candidates staged a protest.
The selected candidates had gone to the Supreme Court regarding this matter. On the other hand, reserved category candidates had also filed a caveat in this matter.
