Arab Finance: Company announced Delta Insurance (DEIN)It was decided to distribute Coupon No. (38) at the rate of 2 pounds per share, to be paid in two installments: the first installment is worth 1 Egyptian pound and will be disbursed as of 30/10/2024The second installment is worth 1 Egyptian pound and will be disbursed as of 01/23/2025, and thus the right to distribution is transferred to the share buyer until the end of the session on Sunday 10/27/2024.
The company was established in 1980, and has been listed on the stock exchange since July 1996. The company carries out insurance and reinsurance business in the branches of personal insurance and money creation, as well as property and liability insurance.
