Arab Finance: Company announced Maritime and Petroleum Services – Maridev (MOIL)On the approval of the Board of Directors, held on September 15, 2024, of the results of the company’s independent, unaudited operations for the financial period ending on 2024/06/30which showed a net profit before tax of $1,563 million, compared to a net loss of $328,765 for the same period of the previous year.
The Maritime and Petroleum Services Company “Maridive” was established in 1978 to provide marine petroleum services in Egypt. The company's operations expanded over the years to transform from managing a single marine unit to owning and managing a fleet of more than 61 ships, in addition to its operations spread across the Mediterranean Sea, the Red Sea, the Arabian Gulf, and the Caspian Sea.
