Arab Finance: Hitachi Energy launched the first Channel Partners Days meeting in the New Administrative Capital in Cairo recently, which includes a large group of Hitachi Energy customers and partners in the energy field, to discuss various energy solutions and how to enable a sustainable energy future for all generations, according to the statement sent on 9 September.

Leveraging their deep knowledge of local markets and strong understanding of the company's portfolio of services and solutions, Hitachi Energy partners enhance customers' access to innovative technology, tools, and project lifecycle services needed to handle complex regulations, directives, and time-bound projects, while accelerating the transformation of the energy sector.

The two-day event featured a variety of interactive sessions that highlighted Hitachi Energy's pioneering innovations in enhancing energy systems. These sessions included workshops on TXpertTM, one of Hitachi Energy's pioneering innovations in the field of transformers, and also provided a platform to showcase the capabilities of its facility in Egypt, the only transformer manufacturing in Africa.

On the other hand, Himanshu Trivedi, Head of Customer Partnerships at Hitachi Energy, said: “Trusted partnerships and collaboration are essential to finding the solutions our world needs. It is worth noting that with the increasing reliance on technology, the presence of high-quality power supplies has become vital to maintaining the operational efficiency of the electricity grid. Hitachi Energy experts led in-depth sessions on improving power quality in the grid to educate customers and partners on how to meet this pressing demand. Many of the latest technological solutions were also showcased during the event, including capacitor solutions such as QCap, and electrical filter solutions such as PQactiF.

The company's Network Automation business unit also showcased its product line that includes SCADA, communications solutions such as the FOX615 and the TropOS 6420 network.

The first Channel Partners Days conference marked an important step in strengthening Hitachi Energy's collaboration with key stakeholders in the region. The successful participation and exchange of experiences in the event confirmed the company’s leadership in the energy sector and its interest in supporting the growing market in Egypt and the region.
