New Delhi. Australia continued its winning campaign in the ICC Women's T20 World Cup and registered its second consecutive win. After winning the toss and batting first against New Zealand, they scored 148 runs for 8 wickets with the help of 40 runs by Beth Mooney and 30 runs by Ellyse Perry. New Zealand's batting suddenly disintegrated in front of the bowling of Annabel Sutherland and Megan Shutt and the entire team was all out for 88 runs.
The competition between the two teams, which were playing after winning their first match in the ICC T20 World Cup, was expected to be fierce.
