He said, 'I have had distance and misunderstanding with many. I couldn't live up to what people expected of me. My behavior changed. I made many mistakes. There is nothing to blame anyone here. I am responsible for everything.'
Noble said he realizes the mistakes he has made and refrains from outlandish speech.
